yea so summers halfway done now. Its been fun. Kind of boring though i wish there were more things to do around here besides smoke and drink. Now i can't smoke for like 3 weeks so that eliminates something to do around here. So now ill just drink every night. But thats no good at least football is cmoing up so ill stop being such a lazy shit and actually go out and get some excersize and shit and it will keep my mind of smokin i guess ill probly be too tired to do anything so ill just sleep alot. thats ok though, sleep is good. Hoffa can't because fucking gary wong has had my amp for like 2 months now and even though i ask him to give it back he never does. yea so battle of the bands is coming up in a little while i think or something. So we kicked out kevin because hes always too busy with work or practice with his other band. So we got justice. He might not be as cool or good looking as kevin but hes better at guitar so who cares. Weve had more practices with justice in the last three days than we had in the last month with kevin. yea so baseball started its fun i actually like practice so its all good. I might make varsity so then that would be sweey cuz then i could like get my letter for baseball and football this year. Im fucking sore as hell though i pull a new muscle every day im like an old man i think its cuz its cold out still or somehting i dunno. Yea so battle of the bands is coming up eventually sometime in april i think the 16th or somehting i think we are gunna actually record in a real studio for that shit. School is gay we have to do all these composition things and the ten minute speech and stuff and i suck at that stuff i just hate it. and im spent.

shit. I haven't updated this in the longest time. Maybe its because i do pretty much the same thing every day, well only on the weekends really. In the past like howerver many months it has been since i updated i have done absolutely nothing new. I started lifting 3 times a week whoopee. Alot of smoking went on. Good times good times. Band is recording a 2 song cd thing cuz' frani said you have to send in a cd to make battle of the bands this year and there are no auditions. Pain in my ass. I just watched some bad ass movie with mel gibson. It was pretty sweet he kills all these guys and shit just like every other action movie. I wanna fight someone. I haven't been in a fight since like 6th grade. Shit im just being random now. Peace

so this weekend wasw fun friday got really drunk puked alot not fun. Saturday was awesome. Got drunk but it was a good time no puking. I have to drink now i can't smoke by the way im on prohbation for 4 months. But sunday was the best night of the weekend by far. Went to see moneen Saves the Day and taking back sunday. it was fucking sweet. I went with penna, his friend james, and dave. When we got there we met up with bubette, chun, and kerch and their friends. So me and dave hung out with them the whole time. so moneen played first they were alright. Next was tbs. They were fucking good the crowd was really into it. Lots of fat gross girls like screaming the words and stuff though it was kind of annoying it was cool though they were good. Then saves the day came on. They were fucking amazing. Like the best live band ive ever heard they were flawless it was so fucking good. I can't even describe it. Yea so then we got home at like 1130 it was an awesome night and theres only 2 days left of football. Yess!! I get my varsity letter tonight. goodnight

ok so today was uneventful went to josh's for a little bit and watched Risky Business with Tom Cruise. That movie was pretty cool i like 80s movies. Then i went to the choir talent show dress rehearsal thing. Me and John were originally doing Three miles down by saves the day but then i decided that it was hard to sing and i was afraid i would squeak at the actually thing so we are just going to doo the everlong by the foo fighters instead. So if anyone wants to come watch us it's at the middle school tomorrow night at 7:30 we go on like 5th or 6th or something and you can leave after we are done probly. so the weekend was alright. Friday was the game we won which was pretty cool i guess i played alot. So saturday started off real well went out got some bud met up with everyone went and smoked alot got really ripped then wernt to the diner and ate. So then we went to the park for a little bit then we went back to joshs to smoke a little bit before we all went home. So we did and i still had some left because i was sleeping at someones house and he told me to save some. So wer leave joshs and we start walking down the street when a cop stops us and he was a real dick. He searched us and sure enough he found my pot. So we got taken down to the station and our parentsd get called and whatever my parents weren't really that angry i was alright im only grounded today ill be back to my old habits next weekend. But the thing thast pisses me off the most is that we didn't even get arrested for being loud or anything or disruptive. Turns out some kid on centre street had a party and people were drinking there and the neighbors called the cops and the neighbors told the cops all the kids ran. So we were just a couple of innocent potheads only guilty of having a good time cought in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was just fucking stupid cops piss me off so much so the kids who who had the cops called on them go off scott free and we had to get in trouble i dunno i just think it's dumb. We really weren't doing anything we weren't hurting anybody it was so stupid i just hate the nutley police they are all a bunch of fat assholes who arrest skateboarders and find fun out of pissing people off. Ok thats it.

Friday I went to a party and there were a shitload of people got drunk and stoned and dave slept over and we watched baseketball.
Saturday me and a few friends went to Carly's house and we all drank and smoked and Testa puked all over the place and he was making weird noises it was really really funny we were all laughing at him even though he was puking all over the place.
Sunday was fun too. Me and a couple of the guys went to Josh's and smoked a little then went to that park for the rest of the night and me Dave Jess and Amanda played this game where you like try to kick your shoe off when your no a swing or something and i couldn't quite grasp the technique so i was bad at it. Oh well the three day weekend was fun.

so i havern't been on the computer in a while. My phone line was fucked up so therefore i haven't updated in like forever. So today was the first day of school and stuff. It was all fun seeing a buinch of people i hadn't seen in a while. Im the only soph in my math class which sucks but its all good cuz' i have sorensen again and hes awesome. Lunch is cool not great but its cool ill probly eat with bob and john most of the time. football every day sucks but its alright it'll keep me from smoking during the week so my tolerance will go down and so my body will get healthier which is good. There isn't really much to terl i smoked [pretty much every day drank every once in a while went on a cruise for a week and then some kid jumped one of my friends so i said something to the kid and told him to back off and then the kid starts talkin all this shit about how he wants to fight me and he can kick my ass. So at the street fair i see the kid and i figure oh ok ill fight him now or whatever. So then the kid goes and gets this 30 year old skinhead guy. So the guy takers me and my friends behind the middle school stomps on justins head chokes testa to the point where he can't breathe and he punched me in the face a couple times. Isn't that fucked up. I mean plus the kid was talking so much shit about how he could kick my ass and then when it comes down to it he needs a 30 year old to do his dirty work. I dunno shit was gay.
